The Istanbul Network for Liberty (www.istanbulnetwork.org) is a non-profit organization founded in Istanbul in 2011 whose mission is to explore and promote the principles and values of a free society in the Muslim world.  This intellectual project is developed on the premise that a thriving and prosperous Muslim society today is not possible without embracing freedom, as demonstrated by the rich and pluralistic Islamic civilizational experience over centuries. It is a critical mission given the historical, political and intellectual contests in the Muslim world.  From a network of individuals, we are evolving into a more formal entity, and we are now working to be registered as a non-profit foundation. We are governed by a Board of Directors comprising a diverse group of thought leaders active in various countries.

The Istanbul Network is currently looking to significantly advance its activities, and for this purpose we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization.  The appointed CEO will report to the Board of Directors, and will work close with the Chairman. The CEO will develop and build all aspects of the organization, manage the operations, and execute the approved business plan.  Since this is a start up entity, the job will be hands on, and will require full commitment.
